Carly on Wall Street
Yoga has brought so much healing and insight to my life. It helped me to get back into my own skin, to find my breath and to be comfortable in my own body after trauma. My own practice is full of exploration of postures, creative sequencing, play, and finding the unexpected in the expected.
I firmly believe in giving back to the community and cultivating gratitude for the gifts I’ve been given. Yoga is an offering, a way of opening up the body, mind, and soul and a way to connect to the divine within and all around.
Currently, I teach Healing and Restorative Yoga to people suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

I am a Kripalu certified yoga teacher with a specialization in Trauma Sensitive Yoga. I offer yoga that is accessible for people living with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Currently I teach a weekly healing and restorative class at Safe Horizons in Brooklyn.
